How long do I have to finish the race?

You have 75 minutes to complete the 5K. You have 2 hours to complete the 10K. *Must be able to complete the 5K in 45 minutes or less to compete in Cider Slam.

May I register in person? by mail?

Is the course stroller friendly?

We are going to have to say no, it's not very stroller friendly due to the orchard paths runners will be on.

Is the course pet friendly?

As fond as we are of the K-9 breed, we ask you to leave your pets at home for the comfort and safety of other runners.

I was injured after registering for the race. Can I get a refund or defer until next year?

No – there will be NO refunds or deferments. We incur fixed costs for each runner based on registration numbers. As a result, we are not able to allow any refunds.

Can I switch race distances?

You may transfer your registration from one distance to another for a fee. Contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or you may complete your transfer at packet pickup. Please note this option may not be available for events that have sold out.

Can I transfer my registration to a friend?

You may transfer your registration to a friend for a transfer fee before event sells out. If the event sells out there are no transfers.  Contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to make that change.

Is there an age requirement for the races?

There is no documented age requirement. However, all minors must submit a registration signed by their parent AND a parent/guardian MUST be present on race day. Only participants 21 and older will be allowed into hard cider tasting area. Soft cider will be available for participants under 21. 

What is included with my entry fee?

Your race entry fee includes post-race hard cider tasting, finisher's medal, finisher's cider glass, award eligibility, post-race refreshments, access to aid stations and final chip timed race results.

Can I wear headphones on the course?

We discourage the use of headphones, but it is permitted.

Will the event go on rain or shine?

The event will go on rain or shine with only the possibility of delay in the event of lightning.

Are there bathrooms available on the course?

There are porto johns at the start/finish.

Is the course certified?

The course will be measured correctly, but not certified as of now.

Can I register on race day?

If the event is not sold out there will be race day registration. Please check the Registration page for details.

Can someone pick my packet up for me?

We strongly encourage all runners to pick up their own race packet. It is important for runners to verify their data and make any necessary changes. However, if it is not possible for you to pick up your own packet, you may have someone pick it up for you. That person will be responsible for verifying personal race information (name, age, birthdate, etc.).
